- All orders ship FREE in the USA via UPS Ground.
- Orders cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- We do not currently ship outside the USA or to US Territories

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you’re looking to return your Unicorn for any reason, we're here to help! We offer a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned scooters must have no visible signs of wear or use for a full refund.
- UnicornCare subscriptions will be refunded in full if the scooter is returned within 30 days.
- Returned items with visible signs of wear will be refunded based on the sole discretion of Unicorn.
Unicorn offers an Endless Return policy for subscribers to UnicornCare before activating their Scooter. You can return your working Unicorn at anytime. You’ll be refunded your original payment minus $50/month that the Scooter was owned. If you pre-purchased UnicornCare, you’ll receive a refund for the remaining number of months on your UnicornCare subscription.
For example, if you owned the scooter for 4 months and then moved to a place where you could no longer use it, you could return it to us. You’d receive a full refund minus $200 ($50*4 months). If you had purchased 6 months of UnicornCare, you’d receive two months (6 months prepaid - 4 months owned) as a refund as well.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email us at email@example.com and include
- What you wish to return
- Name as it appears on your order
- Your order ID
- City from where you’ll be shipping your Unicorn
- Our team will email you back a prepaid shipping label.
- Properly box and secure the scooter for shipping and apply the label to the box.
- Drop the box off at a UPS facility and obtain a receipt of drop-off.
- Refunds will be credited within ten (10) business days of receiving the returned scooter.
